When you hire Your Way DJs for your wedding reception, we not only plan the music that will be played, but we also help plan the events that occur during your reception. I, (John Crutchfield) will be your personal DJ. I will work very hard with both the bride and groom to make sure that they have the reception of their dreams.
After our initial consultation usually over the phone, I like to meet with the bride and groom to start the planning process. The sooner this meeting, the better. At our initial meeting, we will go over things like, types of music to be played, if a toast will be done, will there be a "grand entrance" and how "interactive" I should be with the guest. These are all very important aspects of the wedding planning process.
After the inital consultation, you will have access to the "client area" of our website. In the client area, you will find our wedding planner. This wedding planner will assist us in creating a timeline, selecting music to play and even not to play. Our wedding planning forms will help us understand more of what you want for your reception.
